Disney’s New Streaming Bundle Coming Soon
Among the many, many nuggets of info from Disney’s Investor Day event this week, the company announced a new streaming bundle option. This new package combines Disney+, ESPN+, and the ad-free tier of Hulu for $18.99 per month. The company says it should be available in January.
Price Hikes Coming to Disney+ in March 2021
After listing a ton of new shows and movies scheduled for release in the coming years, Disney also mentioned a price hike is coming soon to Disney+. The standalone price will jump to $7.99 per month, while the bundle with ESPN+ and the ad-supported Hulu plan will rise to $13.99 per month. The increases are expected in March 2021.
You Can Access ESPN+ Content From the Hulu App
Disney also shared that ESPN+ content will be available directly from the Hulu app. The move gives the Hulu app more direct access to sports-focused content and potentially saves users a few steps.
